  Great customer service! Took my son in to buy some runners today. The man that helped us was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped us find the right shoe for practicality, price and the right style for my son who is really particular about that!

  Went in to buy two 5kg dumbbells on April 8.
  Didn't know where they were. I stopped Hayden who took me there and showed me the variety of them and explained to me the differences. There wasn't any 5kg on the floor. He went inside to the back and brought out a box of two, which were exactly the ones I was looking for, and also told me that they were 40% off. Other than that he was knowledgeable of the place and of the dumbbells, he was also very friendly. At the checkout, Stephanie was also very friendly and smiled all the time.
  This was the first time I shopped at Greensborough Rebel Sport and my experience had been extremely positive. Cheers!

  Witnessed a man come in yesterday with his partner and asked a male staff member for a certain pair of air max’s for his partner.
  The man had a stutter when he spoke to the staff member and instead of the staff member helping him, he decided to repeat the question back to the customer, mocking his stutter and then laughing about it to a female colleague.
  This is disgusting behaviour and I saw this customer walking away quite upset.
  Horrible behaviour and I won’t be back.

  Fantastic customer service today exchanging an item - did everything in their power to assist, with a smile and a chat. Manager up skilling the younger workforce was fab to see

  I rang Rebel sport Greensborough to see If they had an exercise bike I wanted In stock,to which I was told "yes,we've got two of them" but when I got there to pay for & pick the bike up the arrogant manager told me that I had to order one In & that I'd have to pay up front,as they didn't have any In stock & that I'd be contacted when my bike arrived.I should have realized then that the people running this store are no good,but I gave them the money for the bike & waited weeks for them to ring me to tell me that I can come & pick It up.(They didn't even contact me when It arrived.I had to chase up my purchase)& then when I arrived to pick up the bike their staff member at the pick up point tried to give me a cheaper version of the bike that I'd paid top dollar for.I wouldn't shop at Greensborough Rebel sport again If you paid me
