  I can't praise Michelle Portelli and Nick Smith from Nelson Alexander enough for their great work throughout our house sale campaign. Communication was fantastic from start to finish, where Michelle and Nick kept us informed every step of the way, provided great advice (from their years of experience no doubt!), and prepared us for each milestone as we progressed. Due to their attention to detail, and going above and beyond, we achieved a result beyond our expectations. Very happy! And on top of their professionalism, Michelle and Nick are genuinely the nicest people you will get to work with. Highly recommend!

  We recently sold our Ivanhoe property and after undertaking due diligence with several agents, chose Nelson Alexander Ivanhoe to guide us through the process. During a stressful time, they were so helpful and organised and the level of service was of the highest standard. Liz & James were great to work with, always available for queries and feedback from Inspections and enquiries was always immediate. We sold a week prior to auction and are very happy with the result achieved. We would highly recommend Nelson Alexander as a local agent committed to the vendor and are confident that they achieve great outcomes for vendors. The support staff at Nelson Alexander are also fantastic so the whole process runs smoothly! We will definitely use them again in the future!

  We were absolutely delighted with our sales campaign from start to finish. Liz and James operate as an impressive team who fully supported us through what can be quite a stressful life event. We first came across Liz and James when we were interested in buying a property, which we unfortunately missed out on. We walked away so impressed with our dealings with them that when it came time to sell our house they felt like the natural choice. They present as a relaxed and super approachable duo, underpinned with professionalism and honesty which is a refreshing and rare combination to come across in the real estate industry. Our only sadness is that we probably won’t be selling a property again for a very long time and thus won’t get to work with them closely again!

  Forcing a single mother with her kids to vacate before she is able to secure somewhere else. Would not do it recommend doing business with them. They don't even deserve 1 star
