  My first time doing my taxes, I had no idea what I was doing. Shehnaaz Manji helped guide me.
  She was very generous, kind and present, and spoke perfect English.

  I star REVIEW was too much . Went to get my Tax return done . On entering Office met with some scatterbrained Tax lady, her name was Silvana or something ethnic. She was unhelpful, and unprofessional and didnt help me to minimise my Tax payable. She has a robotic approach to doing RETURNS and appears to follow a set ritual making up expenses . She charged me a significant fee for a very simple tax return after making wait a long time before i was served. It would have being good to be acknowledged when you enter a professional business. Greeting someone and introducing yourself when they enter your business would probably go a long way. Learning the ENGLISH language would also be helpful , Was i , in India , or Australia I dont know , just a office with ugly Manager who cant speak English properly

  We recently moved to Australia and had never had to deal with doing personal tax before. We also had added complexity of owning rental property overseas which made it a bit more daunting for us. Silvana was very thorough, fast and professional and got us everything due to us. We will definitely be using their services again next year! Thank you
