Troy came up with a few options that he suggested would suit, at differing price points to let me make a decision without a hard sell. All communications from first call to decision to pickup were first class, Troy was a pleasure to deal with. I'm very happy with the service and getting out on the trails on my new Scott Spark.

I selected bicycle accessories and connected to a man, who asked if I wanted a team kit. “I don’t know what that is” “National Road Series” “Oh sorry, wrong one” “Stupid question”, then he hung up on me. I was shocked, and I’m sorry if a 30 second conversation to explain they didn’t have something I was looking for, couldn’t have ended more politely.
