Room supposed to be renovated but hadn't been touched forever. Had to plug kettle into power point near floor, very unsafe. Place stunk of cigarettes. So bad we left a day early. Horrible.

Lovely comfortable basic rooms. Come complete with the usual TV, microwave jug etc and tea / coffee supplies. Well equipped bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Close to the Simpson Barracks

My biggest horror, are the large ash trays that are out side the rooms, they reek of stale cigarettes, my eyes stung all night trying to sleep and my asthma got bad and everything I took with me, smells of cigarettes. I checked to make sure it's non smoking when I book Motels, so why have those large ash trays right outside the rooms. The rooms are out dated, but liveable, room was clean.

If you like a poorly maintained room, service that is non-existent and carpet stained floors...then this is your place. The A/C worked, but thats the only positive I can provide. A place that looks good on the outside but haven't had any maintenance for years. Poor, poor place run by hosts that think that the credit card transaction is customer service.

Very disappointed. Rooms needed a good clean, pillows were flat and uncomfortable. Had stayed here 2 years earlier, place has gone down hill... won't stay again
