Ron has an enormous amount of experience, knows the biology of the insects and animals he's dealing with, and managed to fit us in on the same day. Very good rate too, and now we have no more mortar bees coming into our lounge room. Will call him again whenever I have other critters.

Very reasonable prices, extremely prompt service (Ron was able to fit me in within 24 hours), and the ants were gone immediately even though I was warned that it could take up to a week and a half.
Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend.
