    Very terrible experience, the staff was very rude and dealt with no empathy. Real bad customer service experience, Melbourne Pathology need to train their staff on customer service. My 2nd bad experience with Melbourne Pathology.

    One staff for a Saturday, when that is a busy time. This is a standard not and exception for this office. Wait time is well over an hour. Totally unexceptable! Have given 2nd chance to improve will no improvement. Will be going elsewhere.
