  Male owner super rude. Happy to greet other customers but after giving me and my partner a price he went back to doing his work and on his phone not happy to even help. Bought my item and not going back there again. Good job. Lost a whole family of customers that go to you. Horrible customer service by him.

  All I can say, is that I love this place with every inch of me! The staff are so lovely & are always willing to help when needed :) the variety they have here is insane & every time I go do my grocery shop I always find new products! They also cater for a lot of people; heaps of dietary requirement options! You could honestly be here for hours… the cafe is incredible too xx

  Not even worth a single star but cant review it unless I put one.
  I was a regular customer until today. I pre ordered bread a week before and unfortunately my whole family was sick so I couldn't get in until today.
  When I asked if they still had it the guy immediately became short with me and mentioned they would have frozen it. I said that it wasn't an issue. When he went to the freezer to get it, one of the female staff said she used it to fill other orders because I didn't pick it up earlier.
  I understand bread doesn't last, if frozen, which they do, it last longer. But when you place an order they get your details. They could have msged or called to let me know it needed to be picked up or could be used for other orders.
  Then when I asked for a refund the guy told me, with a lot of aggresive attitude mind you, that the bread had been wasted and they had to throw it out because I didn't pick it up properly...his colleague had just said in front of me it wasn't wasted but used to fill other orders...

  The female staff that work there are terrible especially the one with long darker curly hair! Iv never felt more uncomfortable whilst walking around a store. To loud and Too rude?!!! Please hire more qualified and nicer staff!!!! And I know I’m not the only one who thinks this!!!

  I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted. The male in customer service offered me a product he’d assumed would benefit me. When I didn’t buy he presumed to laugh condescendingly in a manner that suggested I didn’t know what I was doing. I proceeded to then explain myself. I felt extremely uncomfortable, enough not to return.
  I am a regular customer and I ignore the air arrogance because I just want the products.
  
  I then saw other reviews with people with all similar feelings.
  
  It’s a shame. You have great products, nice marketing, I wonder why such an abundant health food store would lack in such an area?
